Why This Competency Matters
At the Winter Solstice, we don’t just learn about nature—we practise working more like nature. By matching our pace to the darkest, quietest point of the year, participants build Biophilic Conservation: a practical way to recover and avoid the drain that comes from running as if at “peak season” speed all year.

Our Commitment to Transparency
- Measurable Outcomes: We utilise the Cynefin® SenseMaker® tool to track both quantitative and qualitative shifts in “Nature-Connectedness” during these specific solar peaks.
- Defined Terms: “Sustainable Being” is strictly defined as the practical Ontological Shift of a practitioner’s internal ecology; it is not a “net-zero” environmental claim.
- Full Lifecycle Awareness: We conduct a full assessment of the workshop’s environmental footprint, covering everything from digital hosting to venue sourcing.
