Experience a Deep Connection with Nature

This in-person workshop at the Wye Valley Sculpture Garden in the UK  blends nature-based design with simple mindfulness practices. It helps you feel connected to nature during the darkest part of the year. We treat winter’s limits as useful: a time to slow down, recover, and take in what you have learned this year.

Why This Competency Matters

The Winter Root competency helps you move from running on empty to living and working in a more Sustainable way. Using the winter solstice as a marker, it gives you permission to rest and recover—protecting your long-term health and helping teams avoid burnout.

Our Commitment to Transparency

  • Measurable Outcomes: We utilise the Cynefin® SenseMaker® tool to track both quantitative and qualitative shifts in “Nature-Connectedness” during these specific solar peaks.
  • Defined Terms: “Sustainable Being” is strictly defined as the practical Ontological Shift of a practitioner’s internal ecology; it is not a “net-zero” environmental claim.
  • Full Lifecycle Awareness: We conduct a full assessment of the workshop’s environmental footprint, covering everything from digital hosting to venue sourcing.
