Event Highlights

What You Will Gain

  • The six key techniques: Learn six simple ways to reconnect with nature: Permissioning, Concentration, Returning, Patience, Enjoying, and Letting Go.
  • Evidence you can trust: Understand how nature-friendly spaces can support wellbeing, drawing on AoS Sensemaking research.
  • Finish well: Reduce overstretch by closing loops, completing work, and creating space for winter recovery.

Why This Competency Matters

The Autumn Root competency helps you shift from constant pushing to finishing well. It gives you space to review what you have achieved, learn from it, and let go of what you no longer need—so you’re better prepared for winter.

Our Commitment to Transparency

  • Measurable Outcomes: We utilise the Cynefin® SenseMaker® tool to track both quantitative and qualitative shifts in “Nature-Connectedness” during these specific solar peaks.
  • Defined Terms: “Sustainable Being” is strictly defined as the practical Ontological Shift of a practitioner’s internal ecology; it is not a “net-zero” environmental claim.
  • Full Lifecycle Awareness: We conduct a full assessment of the workshop’s environmental footprint, covering everything from digital hosting to venue sourcing.
