Event Highlights

What You Will Gain

  • Evidence you can trust: Understand how nature-friendly spaces can support wellbeing, drawing on AoS Sensemaking research.
  • Resilience for busy times: Reduce the risk of burnout and build steady, sustainable momentum for the season of growth.

Why This Competency Matters

The Spring Root competency helps you learn with nature, not just about it. It supports you as new work and new projects start, so sustainability feels like a practical part of staying well—rather than an extra task to add on.

Our Commitment to Transparency

  • Measurable Outcomes: We utilise the Cynefin® SenseMaker® tool to track both quantitative and qualitative shifts in “Nature-Connectedness” during these specific solar peaks.
  • Defined Terms: “Sustainable Being” is strictly defined as the practical Ontological Shift of a practitioner’s internal ecology; it is not a “net-zero” environmental claim.
  • Full Lifecycle Awareness: We conduct a full assessment of the workshop’s environmental footprint, covering everything from digital hosting to venue sourcing.
