The WoB Methodology stems from the Wellness of Being Programme.
Essentially, this is an annual series of seasonal events. Furthermore, these events help connect participants with Nature. In doing so, they foster Resiliency and Creativity.
Specifically, we offer six events. These include seasonal workshop and solstice gratitudes. Together, they act as Biophilic roots. Consequently, they allow for learning from nature’s wisdom.
First, seasonal workshops build deep connections. Next, they introduce ecological stewardship for personal well-being. During these sessions, we focus on six core practices: Permissioning, Returning, Concentration, Patience, Enjoying, and Letting Go. Therefore, we deepen the Nature connection and build Self Resiliency.
